As a result of the current and expected developments, LiGalli needs to strengthen its capacity in the field of Business Development. Therefore, the company is looking for highly qualified Business Development profiles.
Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager assimilates all aspects of LiGalli’s decisions about strategic priorities with respect to drug delivery and diagnostics for several indications, e.g. overactive bladder and hot flushes.
She/he develops business cases, necessary documentation, presentations & pitches, and creates and closes partnership deals and prepares, together with partners, market launches for the different drug delivery and/or diagnostic propositions to enter the corresponding market environments with the LiGalli MedRing as a Platform proposition.
Focus is on attracting attention of the relevant players in the market, the ultimate goal being to negotiate a partnership/license deal with (pharmaceutical) partners to facilitate the market lauch for LiGalli’s products.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Competitive analysis of oxy markets and players
- Writing the business case for both oxybutynin indications
- Preparation of relevant communication tools: to ‘open doors’ in companies
- Entering the pharmaceutical oxy market as a new player
- Engage (pitch, present, publish) with these players in the market
- Preparation and negotiation of a partner deal proposal
The Business Development Manager reports to the CEO.
She/he has demonstrable experience in Business Development
Commercial focus, negotiator and dealmaker
Demonstrable partnership management skills
Proven business-to-business successes, preferably in Pharma
Exposure in international Pharmaceutical/Medical world is prefered, combination of R&D and M&S
Background as consultant and analyst in pharmaceutical/Medtech business is a plus
Academic level / MBA
