Our client is a leading international player in a niche market for designed products for both consumers and professional clients. Through its worldwide network of direct clients and agents its products find their ways to customers in over 100 countries.
Over the years the company has built an excellent reputation based on its ability to deliver on-trend, top-quality products to demanding customers in a highly competitive international arena. It is now investing in rapid future growth, aiming to double in size over the next five years.
The company is a large SME with its own R&D and production facilities. It employs several hundreds of staff.
The Vacancy
The Chief Executive Officer has full P&L and Balance Sheet responsibility for the business, across Sales and Marketing, Finance, HR, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. He/she leads the management team in a balanced way and supports its members. Delegates where possible, intervenes in detail where necessary; leads by example, motivates and engages with all levels of the organization.
