Our client is a private equity portfolio company. It producess and markets leisure products under well known brands for international consumer markets. We are searching for its Chief Executive Officer to lead the company’s future development. The private equity firm is closely involved in the company’s growth and has allready conducted several add-on acquisitions
The company needs a strategically capable, but at the same time very hands Managing Director with a successful track record in building a portfolio of consumer brands across Europe and grow a business through international sales, direct, via dealer networks and eCommerce. Together with a team of passionate and dedicated, fun people, the CEO will optimise wholesale and distribution in its existing markets, accelerate geographic expansion and streamline NPD to achieve the desired growth rates. He/she will also be actively on the look-out for additional acquisitions.
